The Homegoing Service for Ms. Blackwell will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery Wednesday, October 2, 2019 immediately following services.
