Viewing hours will be Wednesday, August 14th from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD. On Thursday, August 15, 2019, Services for, Mr. Tilghman will be held at Emanuel UMC, 6517 Frederick Road, Baltimore, MD with the family hour beginning at 10:30 and the services at 11:00am. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, Arbutus, MD on Thursday, August 15th at 1:30 pm. following services.
