Obituary of Ruby May Lipscomb

Ruby May Lipscomb, daughter of the late Hattie V. Shaw and Tommy Jackson was born in Lee County, South Carolina on July 14, 1937. She departed this life on October 14, 2021. "Cute – T" as she was affectionately known by family and friends, attended the Baltimore City School System. She was a very sociable and happy person who enjoyed life. She enjoyed having friends and family around her and she will be greatly missed by all of us who knew and loved her. Ruby was preceded in death by her late husband James Lipscomb and her five children, Edward Shaw, Rhonda Shaw, Kim Shaw, Jeffrey Shaw and Bruce Shaw. Ruby leaves to cherish her wonderful memories one daughter Stacey Shaw and Son-in-Law Steven Williams. Nine grandchildren; Charles Partlow, Charlene Partlow (Aaron), Stachea Bednar, Latonya Anderson, Robin Engram, Dameon Shaw, Kevin Shaw, and Travis Capers. Fourteen great-grandchildren; Tavon Brown Jr., Dameon Shaw Jr., Asia Watson, Santana Dickerson, Charles Partlow III., Kamiyah Dickerson, Caycee Green, Cayden Partlow, Caleb Green, Carlie Partlow, Catelyn Partlow, Aedyn Turner, Kevin Carter, Maliyah Ushry; one great-great grandchild, Tristan Brown; Two sisters, Thelma Benns and Ann Handy; three aunts, Gwendolyn Shaw-Howard, Vanessa Shaw-McMurray, Donna Shaw; one uncle, Douglas Shaw and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless other family and friends.
