Phillips will be held at Faith United Baptist Church, 2840 The Alameda, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Parkwood Cemetery, 3310 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21234, immediately following services.
