On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, services for Mr. Nelson will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD 21229, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow.

The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following services.
