Dr. Robert Franklin Draper, Jr., age 79, transitioned from labor to reward on August 29, 2026. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: his beloved wife of 38 years, Wanda Q. Draper.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, in Randallstown, Maryland.
On Friday, September 11, 2026, a homegoing celebration for Dr. Robert F. Draper, Jr. will be held at the New Shiloh Baptist Church, 2100 N. Monroe Street, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment service will be held at Druid Ridge Cemetery immediately following the homegoing service.
