On Saturday, August 22, 2026, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Purcell Ellwood Carter, Jr., will be held at First Baptist Church, 525 N. Caroline Street, Baltimore MD 21205, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at King Memorial Park.
