Dr. Carolyn Ann Payne, daughter of the late Goldie Thomas and Howard Thomas, Sr., was born on April 27, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland. She peacefully transitioned from this life to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 13th from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greeene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, in Randallstown, Maryland.
On Thursday, May 14th 2026, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Carolyn Ann Payne will be held at Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment service will be held at the King Memorial Park Cemetery,8710 Dogwood Road following the services.
