Rev. William Foster Wingo, age 76, transitioned from labor to reward on March 17, 2026. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: a beloved wife, Juanita Wingo, and three devoted children, Kelly, William II, and Grace.
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, a homegoing celebration for Rev. William Wingo will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will recieve friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. with services to follow.
