Alonzo Duront Chavis, age 75, entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 6, 2026, after a life well lived. Mr. Chavis was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 17, 1950. He had been employed as a Mail Carrier for the USPS prior to retirement. He will be missed for the by his loving family and friends.
Family and friends will honor Alonzo's life on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the sanctuary of the Kingdom Worship Center, 6419 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212. The wake will begin at 2:00 pm and the memorial service to follow beginning at 2:30 pm.
