On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Ethel Louise Tapley will be held at New Shiloh Baptist Church, 2100 N. Monroe Street, Baltimore MD 21217, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at the Arbutus Memorial Park.
