Olethia Blue-Handy, age 65, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 15, 2025, after a life well lived. Mrs. Blue-Handy was born in Elizabeth Town, North Carolina on November 23, 1960. She had been employed as a Cosmetologist in the Beauty industry. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2025, in the Sanctuary of Victorious Ministries, 4617 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212. The wake will begin at 10:00 am and Homegoing service to follow at 10:30 am.
The burial will follow the services in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
