I met Victor about 7 years ago while working at the post office. He was such a great person to be around! We were all so happy to see him whenever he came to visit our office. I was so upset to hear the sad news. Condolences to his family and friends. He will truly be missed!

To my dear husband Victor,
I still cannot believe that you are gone. I miss you more than words can express, and I struggle with how to move forward without you. It is so difficult for me to speak of you in the past tense—so I won’t—because you live forever in my heart.
You are my favorite person in the world.
I love you for the incredible man you are: for the laughter and joy you bring into every day, for your loving and generous heart, and for all the countless ways you make our life together so beautiful.
I love you with everything I am—heart, mind, and soul.
You are the best thing that ever happened to me.
I will love you always and forever.
Rest in peace & love.
Your devoted wife,
Yvonne

I met Victor while working at the USPS. He and I connected well because we had common view points on many current events. It was always fun talking with Victor. His greetings were always very cheerful and energetic. It was great every time our paths crossed. I’m going to miss that and I will always remember him as a good friend. My condolences go out to his family and friends. Sincerely, J. Dirks Jr.

I was Victors First Sergeant when he served in the 65th MP Company , Fort Bragg, NC . He was a great soldier and always made sure our vehicle and his soldiers were prepared to deploy anywhere in the world on a moment notice. My heart go out to his family for a man taken far to soon.

I served in the 65th MP Co with SSG Ebbeson or as we all affectionately referred to him as Sergeant E. As the motor officer I interacted with him almost daily. He was an amazing man and an amazing NCO that went out of his way to teach me what I needed to know. Far too soon my friend. TIL Valhalla.
