Obituary of Courtney Jennings-Smith

Courtney Nicole Jennings came into this world March 29,1989. Fate brought Courtney to her loving mother Brenda later that same year where an instant mother-daughter bond was formed for life. A graduate of Garrison Forest School Class of 2007, she excelled in sports, spreading joy and confidence and making lifelong friendships that have spanned 30 years. She continued her education graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage working as a massage therapist for several years. She began working as an independent contractor for a Touch of Luck Casino Massage and worked her way up to Director of Operations, a position that she enjoyed and gave her all to. She met the love of her life Bryan in on her birthday in March 2017. They personified the saying "opposites attract" Bryan with his quiet, laid back demeanor, Courtney with her take no prisoners attitude, they completed and complimented each other perfectly right down to the vocal commentary they gave as zealous Orioles and Ravens fans. The icing on the cake, so to speak was his immediate bond with Rebecca. Courtney excelled at motherhood. She supported her daughter Rebecca in and out of school always being her loudest cheerleader and fiercest protector. She was the first to volunteer for any school event with Bryan who was usually "volun-told". She leaves behind to grieve and miss her, her mother, Brenda, her mini-me daughter, Rebecca, her loving husband Bryan, her ride or die friends Samantha, Aianna, Emily, Jen, Iletha, her two aunts, Sheila White and Diane Grant who were a constant present throughout her life, her over protective cousins Roland and Alan who proudly walked her down the aisle, her in-laws Sandra and Stew Kenney, sister-in love Erin who embraced and treated as their daughter and sister, and a multitude of cousins and friends that would easily take an hour to name. You know who you are and you know what you meant to her. She was truly loved, gave enough love to fill an ocean. Her beautiful smile, gregarious laugh and love will be missed and cherished forever. On Saturday, December 13, 2025, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Courtney Jennings-Smith will be held at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road Randallstown, MD 21133, where the family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with services to follow.
