Janet Sylvester Lassiter, age 72, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, after a life well lived. Ms. Lassiter was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 11, 1953. Before retirement she worked as a CNA. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.
Family and friends will honor Janet's life with a homegoing celebration on, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services-East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. The wake will begin at 2:00 pm and service to follow at 3:00 pm.
Interment will be private.
