A viewing for Mr. Oliver will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road Randallstown, MD 21133.
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, a homegoing celebration for Mr. James Oliver will be held at Faith Baptist Church, 833 N. Bond Street Baltimore, MD 21205 where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
