Obituary of Kevin David Pogue

Kevin David Pogue was born in Hamilton, OH on April 21, 1963 to the late David Harold and the late Bertha Mae Pogue. Kevin entered eternal rest on July 30, 2025. He worked for the Department of Defense as Acting Chief, Voice and Video Branch at the Defense Information Systems Agency. He was a veteran of the United States Army, enlisting soon after earning his Master's Degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Kevin was raised in Gary, IN by his loving aunt Elizabeth Nelson. Kevin leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Tanganika (Tangie) Swann-Pogue and his proud son by marriage, Noah A. Campbell. His mother-in-law, Joyce (Joy) Walston (Daryl) in Moyock, NC, his father-in-law, Brennan (Brent) Swann (Tanya) in Waldorf, MD and a grandmother by marriage, Hilda Warren in Clinton, MD. He leaves his sisters: Cheryl Long (Zachary) in Cincinnati, OH, Tonya Cummings (La'Chant) in Athens, GA, V'Laria Eves in Cincinnati, OH and Michelle Pogue in Orlando, FL, he also leaves his brothers: Tederryl (Tonjua) James in Dayton, OH, Juan Holmes (Stephanie) in Hamilton, OH, Ricky (Julia) in Fairfield, OH, Daryl Benjamin in Middletown, OH, an aunt Karen Beamon in Hamilton, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, coworkers, gym buddies and friends. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his younger brother, Michael.
