Mr. Arthur Stuart Rogers, age 64, transitioned from labor to reward on August 8, 2025. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: a beloved wife, Crystal McNeil; and two devoted children.
A viewing will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, in Randallstown, Maryland.
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, a homegoing service for Mr. Arthur S. Rogers will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment service will be held at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
