Ms. Edith Elizabeth Hardy Green, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Green was born April 7, 1928, in Virginia, to Cora Lee and John Wesley Hardy.
On Monday, July 7, 2025, friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, a service for Ms. Green will take place at Huber Memorial Church, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 AM with ceremony to follow.
A final celebration will take place in Virigina on Saturday, July 12, 2025. The funeral will be held at Elnora Jarell Worship Center (490 Liberty Road 23847); with interment to follow in Greentown Cemetery.
