Ruth Louise Wiggins, age 80, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 28, 2025, after a life well lived. Ms. Wiggins was born in Virginia on October 22, 1944. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Family and friends will honor Ruth's life on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, with a public viewing from 4:30 until 7:00 pm.
The homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services with the wake beginning at 2:00 pm and service to follow at 2:30 pm.
Interment will take place on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 10:45 am at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
