Harvey Anderson Moran, Jr., peacefully transitioned at his home on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Residences at Vantage Point in Columbia, Maryland. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Harvey spent most of his life in Maryland with his family. He is survived by two loving daughters, a son-in-law, three grandchildren, and many family members and friends.
On Friday, June 20, 2025, a Celebration of Life for Harvey Anderson Moran, Jr. will be held at St. John Baptist Church, 9055 Tamar Drive, in Columbia, MD, 21045.
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, will conduct an Omega Service at 10:00 a.m., and the family will receive guests from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with the service to follow.
