Dear Credle Family: I crossed courses with your loved one (“Ed”) while stationed at the U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center. I remember he was highly respected as an honorable and committed leader. I relied on him as my “Chief” and he always performed with devotion to duty.
