PATRICIA FRANCES JEFFERSON (nee Jones. Formerly known as Patricia F. Taylor) age 69 entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2025. She was the dedicated wife of Raymond Jefferson; loving daughter of the late Elder Harry N. and Thelma C. Jones; devoted mother of Teleshia, Jacquetta, Marsha, and Marshall; beloved grandmother of Jacquan and JacQues; loving sister of Dola M. Jones, James Hull, Harry N. Wallace and the late Maxine Johnson; and loyal friend to many. A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Home, 4905 York Road (21212). The wake will begin at 10:30 AM. Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - 4905 York Road (21212) on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. ***To livestream the service, please visit the homepage; select livestream and choose the EAST location.
