Ethelind Antoinette Parado Sewell was born to Antonio Parado and Elizabeth Henrietta Brown Parado in Baltimore, Maryland on June 8, 1925. Elizabeth later remarried Augustus Henry Tilghman, and Ethelind was sometimes known as Ethelind Tilghman. Ethelind fell asleep in Jesus on Sabbath, March 8, 2025, at the blessed age of 99. She is survived by daughters Angela and Sylvia, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends. She was a daughter of the King of Heaven who loved her and she served Him all her life.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the Miracle City Seventh Day Adventist Church, 100 S. Rock Glen Road, from 10:30AM-11:00AM. Services will begin at 11:00AM.
The burial will follow Ms. Sewell's services at Maryland National Memorial Park, 13300 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel MD 20707.
