Jim was an incredible individual and his children should be so proud of the professional he was. Your father could handle the most complicated requests and anytime we ran into an issue, he would explore all possible alternatives and would also find a way. Jim was also very fond of his family, no matter what the starting topic of conversation was it would somehow pivot back to his family and he cherished them deeply. Will miss you Jim -

My best friend left us suddenly. A superior businessman and spiritual leader. Over the past 30 years we had a lot of fun and created and added to the environmental assessment industry. Jim my my field project manager at HTS Environmental group. When divorce destroyed the INC 500 company, Jim continued on with his new version. We created NESAD as a database to chenge the industry.
I know jim has a place with God. We will miss our conversations, plans, plottings until we meet again.
This was an exceptional human being. Love you Pal

To the family and friends of Jim,
My name is Janelle Webber and I knew Jim through the Church of Severn Run. He was a member of the writing team which I lead. Jim had been contributing blogs for a number of years. His words were always well thought out and well supported by scripture. He was excited to explore using other writing mediums such as poetry and hymns in his blogs.
Early on after joining the team Jim would inquire on the number of readers we had each week. Although we do track readership I often pay little to no attention. I would encourage Jim with telling him that if at least one person reads our content and has their life affected in positive way for God then every single minute of our efforts are well spent. Over time, he continued to inquire about the reader numbers less and less.
Jim’s blogs were often academic in nature and I encourage him to write from his own experiences, to share himself with his readers. Recently I had been seeing him do so more and more.
I miss Jim and I will continue to do so. He was an inspiration and amazing child of God. What I will miss the most however is his blogs. You see, often that “at least one

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Jim 25 years ago when I first started out in the SBA Lending world. We would often reminisce about the good ole days. Jim was always prompt in meeting my deadlines and was also funny, kind, thoughtful and took great care of my clients. I could call him for advise on properties and we would shoot the breeze about life and his family. He would move mountains to meet my deadlines and he had a deep appreciation for the small business community. I trusted him wholeheartedly. I am at a loss and will miss him terribly. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
