Leroy Harcum, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD. Mr. Harcum was born to Mary E. and Leroy Harcum, Sr., on September 12, 1954. Mr. Harcum was employed as an operations technician for the State of Maryland - Waste Water Division. He will be missed by his family and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing for Mr. Harcum on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD from 11:00 until 1:00 pm. The burial will follow the viewing in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Brooklyn, MD.
