Funeral ceremony will be held at New Shiloh Baptist Church - Turner Station; Wednesday, February 15, 2023 with the wake beginning at 10:00 AM and service to follow at 11:00 AM. The interment, with military honors, will take place at Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Garrison Forest.
