Avon Harris Collins, age 75, transitioned Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Mr. Collins was born January 24, 1948, in Baltimore, MD. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 16th at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 2:00PM – 2:30PM with services to follow.
