As I think about Shirley, I'm reminded of the good times you, Cookie and I spent together! Even though I was your Aunt and only three years older than you two, I felt like we were Sisters and/or best friends! I will never forget the time you thought I tricked you & Cookie into walking to town (Warsaw/about a mile from home) in the hot sun to get some snacks, hot dogs, etc. I knew it was too far and too hot to walk, but you insisted on going. So, I let you go right ahead and couldn't wait for you to get back! You2 never let me live it down!!! Every time we got together, we reminisced about all those good old times. We shared much laughter and joy together and I still cherish those precious moments! For some reason , (I felt like Daddy had a liking to you; more so than the other grands). With that being said, God called you Home on his Birthday! As Linda said: "You fought a good fight and you won the battle. Victory belongs to you!" Rest in Peace my dear Neice Shirley!

IN LOVING MEMORY OF SHIRLEY To our cherished Colclough Family, Although those dearest to us may depart from this life, the love we shared and the precious memories remain ever-present in our hearts. Shirley, my beloved niece, gifted us with countless moments to treasure - her gentle caring voice and infectious laughter could always lift your spirits, whether talking to her by phone or in person. Each conversation with Shirley was a blessing. It was also exciting when all of the families would meet in Warsaw, N.C. we had so much fun and will carry a lifetime of great memories of Shirley and her family for years to come. As family, we will find comfort and strength in God's steadfast promises. May His unwavering love sustain and guide us each day, filling us with hope as we grieve. Rest peacefully Shirley!! With heartfelt love and sympathy, Aunt Evelyn & Uncle L.K. Snider Jamestown, South Carolina

Dear Aaron, Dee Dee, Shanel, Larry, I am so very sorry for the loss of Shirley, she was such a sweetheart. I remember she taught me how to wash my hands correctly at Aunt Mae's house in Brooklyn, when I was a little girl. May the cherished memories you hold in your hearts be a source of comfort in the days ahead. Sending you love and support. Diane and family
