Thursday, May 18, 2017To George's family: I knew George through volunteering at Baltimore Station as part of the Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church monthly contingent. He was a gem! In the future, I will always recall him when I sign in and put on my hair net -- steps on which he INSISTED. Please know he was thought of with great affection and respect by all the Baltimore Station volunteers.

Wednesday, May 17, 2017I am very sad to hear of George's passing and I offer my sincere condolences. I lead a group of church volunteers who serve meals at Baltimore Station and have worked with George since he started. He always told us of his love for his family and fishing. I always had to bring zucchini and squash whenever we served because it was his favorite. Victor David
